What’s your returns policy?
Our powdered peanut butter tastes like the real deal outta-your-tub tradish peanut butter. We back ourselves and the deliciousness of our product, but we understand that some of us have weird, oops, different taste buds and may not think so.
That’s why we confidently offer our 100% taste guarantee; if you’re not completely satisfied with your Naked Hero Powdered Peanut Butter, send us an email at hello@nakedherofoods.com.au and we’ll turn our people pleasing dial to 100 and happily provide a refund on your nuts.

Our 100% taste guarantee only provides a refund for 2 products in a single order. If you've purchased a larger bundle with more than 2 pouches we also offer a 14 day refund policy. Email us at hello@nakedherofoods.com.au and we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your unopened products and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method upon acceptance. Obvs these extra pouches can't be half eaten and so packaging must still be sealed as per how you received it.

FYI Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Check your order once you’ve received your nuts and contact us ASAP at hello@nakedherofoods.com.au if the item is damaged, defective or if you’ve received the wrong item. We try our hardest to have our $h!t together but sometimes heroes make mistakes too. Soz!
